The Macquarie Dragons Annual General Meeting took place on Monday the 30th of November and for the first time, the meeting was held virtually.
Macquarie Dragons is delighted to welcome a number of new committee members including our new President, Kathy Tracey who has previously served as Secretary and Vice-President. The full committee list can be found here.
Dragons would like to take the opportunity to thank two retiring committee members: Masoud Rasouli (retiring Vice-President) and Caroline Chick (retiring Fundraising Manager). Both have given countless hours to the club and have been a huge part of our success over the past few years. Mas was also the recipient of the Burge Shield this year, recognising his commitment to leading at Dragons.
The President’s Report for 2020 was also provided, outlining our successes throughout the year and celebrating the role of all our volunteers in creating a strong, vibrant club.
Two motions were passed at the AGM as per below:
1. That the name of Macquarie Combined Sports Club Inc be changed to Macquarie Dragons Football Club Inc.
2. That the Macquarie Combined Sports Club Inc adopt the document attached to this notice as its new constitution
