REFUND POLICY

A player may request to cancel their registration (de-register) with MDFC at any time throughout the season.

 

If a request to de-register is received and processed prior to the promulgated cut off dates for NWSF, the player will receive a refund of their player competition fee as stated:

  • Prior to Association team registrations - refund of 100% of player competition, Association and Federation Fees.

  • Between team registration cut-off and first game of season – refund of 50% of player competition, Association and Federation Fees.

  • Between first game of season and last day for season registrations - refund of 25% of player competition, Association and Federation Fees.

  • After close of player registrations – No refund on Association and Federation Fees

  • If injury has occurred prior to or during the playing season (up to and including Rd 5), a request for refunds must be made in writing to the Secretary & granted at the club's discretion.

COVID-19 special circumstances

MDFC no refund/discount policy is subject to circumstances surrounding Covid-19 with further instructions applicable from NWSF.
